Group Bookings and prices - 50% deposit required on booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Rates include breakfast. 


Guests may choose to include lunch and dinner bookings for the duration of their stay. 
Selections between Indonesian, Western, Vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and Keto Diet are available.  


Group lunches & dinners above two guests are served on sharing platers.

Please contact us prior to booking if you have young children or persons with mobility challenges in your group.

ACCOMMODATION POLICIES

Terms and Conditions 

In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, Griya Bali Surga Villa reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.

Griya Bali Surga Villa is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.


In addition, Griya Bali Surga Villa standard booking and privacy policy on www.griyabalisurga.com shall apply

In the event of any dispute, Courts of Bali will have jurisdiction.

Griya Bali Surga Villa reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether


Griya Bali Surga Villa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure ​

Damage Deposit

A pre-authorization of IDR 2,000,000 is due on arrival and released on departure.

Force Majeure Policy 

Griya Bali Surga Villa is more lenient when the cancellation is out of the guest's hands/ Force majeure policies cover cancellations due to natural disasters or government restrictions, such as those during COVID-19. Force majeure cancellations no charge.

Minimum Stay Policy 

HIGH SEASON 

July & August; September 1st - 15th; December & January

No Show Policy applies 

Cancellation Policy applies 

 

LOW SEASON

February 1st to June 30th; September 16th to December 20th. 

No Minimum time to stay

Guest Amendment Policy 

Guests can extend their stay to dates either side of their original dates at any time without limitation.

Guests can also change the dates: 

  •  We receive notice of such change more than 60 days before the original check-in and

  •  Such revised stay dates are within the next 13 months; and

  •  Such stay is for the same or greater amount as the original booking; and

  • Guests have not already amended their booking previously.

  • For bookings that were provided free of charge (for example competition winners in charity auctions), there is no right of cancellation or amendment, nor any right to any refund or any option to defer stay to another time.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any changes to optional extras, such as extra guests, pre-payment for meals and drinks or car hire or transfers can be changed or cancelled without penalty provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

All amendments are subject to availability.

No-Show Policy  ​

Sometimes guests won't cancel, but will simply fail to show up. In this case, Griya Bali Surga Villa Policy will charge the full total of your stay.

Cancellation / Prepaid Policy 

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.

Group Cancellation Policy 

Non-refundable policy 30 days before check-in on all group bookings. 

Special Event Cancellation Policy 

If a guest is hosting a special event at Griya Bali Surga Villa. such as a wedding, business conference, or retreat stricter cancellation policies apply. We have a non-refundable cancellation policy within 30 days of travel.

Owner Cancellation Policy

In rare circumstances, an owner may inform Griya Bali Surga Villa prior to your arrival that the villa is no longer available for rent. This may occur due to a requirement by the owner to carry out essential emergency maintenance; or due to the sale of the villa to a new owner that does not wish to, or is unable to continue to, rent out the villa; or due to staff illness and quarantine or due to the closure of the villa due to the impact of COVID or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.


In such circumstances, we shall offer to defer your stay, or if your dates are fixed and you already have flight tickets, to relocate you to similar or better accommodation at another villa at no additional cost to you.
