Payment Schedule

50% due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled after.

Damage Deposit

A pre-authorization of IDR 2,000,000 is due on arrival and released on departure.

Notes

Rates include a 3-course breakfast. Guests may choose to include lunch and dinner bookings for the duration of their stay. Selections between Indonesian, Western, Vegetarian and Keto Diet are available. Group lunch & dinners above two guests are served on sharing platers.

As much as Griya Bali Surga welcomes families with teenage children, it is important to mention that the environment is designed to be attractive & resourceful for groups planning private retreats, couples vacations, honeymoons and intimate holidays. The environment is ideal for families with babies who are not yet mobile and older children (ages 12 and above).

Please contact us prior to booking if you have young children or persons with mobility challenges in your group. We wish to make your stay as comfortable and supportive as possible.

Griya Bali Surga is a drug and smoke-free environment.

Rates include Indonesian Government Tax (10.5%).
